SS316 Rotary actuators
Spacx Type BYX Stainless Steel 316 Pneumatic & Hydraulic Actuators
Spacx Type BYX actuators is a heavy duty scotch yoke actuation concept suitable for use in the harshest of environments for 90º valves and dampers. The modular design of the Type BYX allows for the simple routine maintenance without having to disconnect the actuator from the valve.
Linear actuators
Spacx Type BLS & Type BLX Pneumatic & Hydraulic Actuators
Spacx Type BLS & Type BLX actuators are individually engineered from a standard design to provide the optimum output performance and highly reliable actuation for linear valves such as gate, globe and rising stem ball valves. The compact design of the Type BLS & Type BLX actuators allows for short overall dimensions as well as the ability to close couple actuators to valves if required.
RACK & PINION ACTUATORS
Machined and produced according to the highest international standards to achieve a very low friction and to extend the lifetime expectancy beyond 1 million cycles. The actuators are standard finished with a hard anodized treatment for excellent corrosion protection.
Other Actuator solutions
In addition to the standard product lines Spacx offers custom actuator solutions, for non-standard functionality, close coupling valves, exotic materials and quick deliveries. Where situations or applications require for a hands-on approach, Spacx is the company with the desired attitude.
Spacx submersible actuators are designed to be utilized inside ballast tanks of seagoing vessels, submerged to depths of maximum 20 meters of seawater. These actuator can be configured as double acting or spring return complete with position feedback system and possible manual override. These actuators are designed as a cost-effective actuator that interacts with the Marex VCS system forom Emerson/Aventics and is an environmentally friendly solution for cargo management, trimming, or ship stabilization.
