Spacx Brake Cylinders

Spacx Brake Cylinders type SP65,101,80 and 152 are born as brakecylinders for trucks and busses but are heavily modified to be suitable for use in an offshore environment and are predominantly used as friction and brake cylinders for winches on board seagoing tugs and fishing vessels.

These pneumatic operated brake cylinders are single acting, equipped with spring and suitable two layer offshore coating in applied in grey RAL7001.

All is assembled with A4 (stainless steel 316) mounting hardware.

Previously these cylinders were produced by Emerson/Aventics and since 2024 full production of these cylinders is moved to Spacx manufacturing plant. Quality and dimensions remained unchanged.
